GTM Quest editorial guide · Updated 10 October 2026

Evaluate Six & Flow’s HubSpot, RevOps and data implementation responsibilities.

Practical guide · 01

Scope the operating process behind a HubSpot project

Six & Flow’s own site describes strategic HubSpot consultancy, RevOps and data work. Start with the lifecycle and operating problem the proposed implementation must solve. Ask how process design, data architecture, configuration and adoption are represented in the engagement.

  1. 1

    Process

Map the commercial handoffs and definitions before configuration. Identify which policy decisions need client leadership approval.

  2. 2

    Data

Agree record identity, ownership and migration rules. Test representative source data and connected-system updates.

  3. 3

    Adoption

Train the actual operators and inspect a working cycle. Leave documentation and a named internal administrator.

Practical guide · 02

Ask for acceptance cases, not just an implementation schedule

A delivery schedule explains when work is planned; acceptance cases explain whether it works. Define the real customer and operator scenarios that must succeed. Include failures, permissions and recovery so the client can operate the system confidently.

Your decision

Handoff

Test an enquiry through assignment and sales acceptance. Check what happens when a required field or owner is missing.

Migration

Reconcile imported records and their relationships to the source. Include duplicates, history and restricted-access cases.

Integration

Test field changes and conflicts across connected systems. Confirm the error queue and recovery owner.

Practical guide · 03

Worked example: regional teams share one customer record

Fictional example: a company implements shared CRM processes across several regional teams. The brief must preserve useful local context while making account ownership and reporting definitions coherent.

  1. Stage 101

    Agree

Identify shared definitions and legitimate regional differences. Resolve which team owns group-level accounts and contacts.
  2. Stage 202

    Rehearse

Test migration and handoffs on a representative regional sample. Inspect permissions, reports and unusual purchasing relationships.
  3. Stage 303

    Adopt

Run the process with operators and collect exceptions. Keep training and configuration documentation aligned with the approved decisions.

04/ how we work

Considering a GTM partner? This is how we work

GTM Quest is a go-to-market consultancy in London.

We define who you sell to and why they should choose you, then build the system that turns it into pipeline: LinkedIn, founder-led content, buying signals and outbound, running on a data layer you own.

We run it with you, or build it and hand it over.

The data, the tooling and the playbooks stay yours.

Every engagement is scoped and quoted in writing after the discovery call.

How much of the work do you want to own?

Handover + support

We hand over, then stay close

Everything in Handover, then a consultant stays on one or two days a week to optimise and troubleshoot.

  • ✓ Everything in Handover
  • ✓ One or two days a week of consultant time
  • ✓ Weekly optimisation calls
  • ✓ Slack and email support

Best for teams building their own capability.
