B2B marketing agency Poland and how to hire a Polish marketing agency

GTM Quest is a London go-to-market agency for B2B teams selling into Poland.

We build the plan, the account lists and the outreach, designed around Poland's 2024 consent rule for B2B email.

We also help you brief a Polish marketing agency where the work needs Polish.

01/ our service

Selling into Poland what GTM Quest does for you

We are based in London, not Warsaw.

What we bring is the go-to-market work that decides whether a Polish launch pays: who to target, what to say, how to reach them lawfully under Polish rules, and how to measure it.

01

A go-to-market plan for Poland

Which segments to enter first, which accounts are worth pursuing, and what you will say to them.

Written down in the first weeks while the first conversations run, and before any money goes on media or an agency retainer.

02

Account lists you own

Target accounts and the people in each buying group, enriched in Clay and held in a Postgres database that stays with you.

Built for Poland company data, not a UK list with the country changed.

03

Outreach that respects local rules

Email, LinkedIn and calls sequenced around what the Poland rules allow, not around the UK's corporate-subscriber exemption, which most of Europe does not have.

04

LinkedIn and founder-led content

Posts and paid LinkedIn aimed at the same account list, so outreach arrives from a name buyers have already seen.

English first, local language where it matters.

05

A local agency, briefed properly

Where the work needs Polish-language content, PR or events, we write the brief, shortlist Polish agencies and sit in the pitch with you.

That way every agency quotes for the same thing.

06

A system you keep

Documented, trained and handed over.

The lists, sequences, dashboards and playbooks stay with you when the engagement ends.

Poland's consent rule changes the order of play: LinkedIn, content, events and inbound come before cold email.

So our Polish motion starts on day one through LinkedIn, content and warm introductions.

See our ABM agency London and demand generation pages.

02/ engagement

How we work with teams selling into Poland

Every engagement starts the same way: the motion on day one through LinkedIn, content and warm introductions, with the system built around it.

The difference is who runs it afterwards.

How much of your Poland go-to-market do you want to own?

Handover + support

We hand over, then stay close

Everything in Handover, then one or two days a week of senior help to optimise and troubleshoot.

  • ✓ Everything in Handover
  • ✓ Weekly optimisation
  • ✓ Deliverability monitoring
  • ✓ Local-agency briefing support

Best for teams building their own capability.

What it costs. Every engagement is scoped and quoted in writing after the discovery call.

Media, data and tools are separate lines.

More on the model: how we work as a GTM agency, our ABM agency London service, demand generation and lead generation.

03/ the market

How B2B marketing is bought in Poland a large market of small firms

Poland has a big business base and a thin top.

Statistics Poland counted 2,374,497 non-financial enterprises in 2024, 97.2% of them micro businesses with up to nine people.

Only 3,871 employed 250 or more, and 14,359 were medium-sized.

For B2B sellers, that means a long tail of small firms and a short list of large accounts worth pursuing one by one.

The business base is concentrated.

The Mazowieckie region, around Warsaw, held 20.8% of all non-financial enterprises in 2024, followed by Śląskie and Małopolskie.

Information and communication was the fastest-growing section, up 17.7% in a year.

The agency scene splits three ways.

HubSpot and RevOps implementation partners (6Minded, MAN Digital and Grow International) serve international clients and work in English.

B2B-specialist agencies such as B2B LAB, RODIN and MOKO work mainly for Polish companies in Polish.

And a set of consultancies, such as Casbeg, sit between sales consulting, marketing and recruitment.

Polish marketing agency or international partner?

If your buyers are Polish SMEs, a Polish-language agency will reach them better.

If your buyers are the large enterprises and international subsidiaries clustered around Warsaw, Kraków and Wrocław, the work is closer to account-based marketing, where English is often fine and the account list matters more than the agency's postcode.

The trade body

SAR (Stowarzyszenie Komunikacji Marketingowej) is Poland's marketing-communications association; it runs Effie Poland among other programmes.

Membership is a sign an agency is established, not a quality mark.

04/ the rules

B2B email in Poland Article 398 of the Electronic Communications Law

Since 10 November 2024, Poland has had one consent rule for marketing by email, SMS and phone, and commentators read it as covering companies too.

General information, not legal advice.

QuestionWhat the rules saySource
What law applies?Article 398 of the Prawo komunikacji elektronicznej (PKE) of 12 July 2024. It bans using end devices and automated calling systems to send commercial information, including direct marketing, to a subscriber or end user unless they consented first.Art. 398 text
When did it start? Most of the PKE applied from 10 November 2024. Article 398 replaced Article 172 of the Telecommunications Law and Article 10 of the Act on electronically supplied services.ochrona-danych-osobowych.pl · LEX
Does it cover companies?Yes, on the reading of Polish data-protection commentators: it protects "subscribers and end users", which includes legal persons, not only individuals as the old Article 10 did.rodo.pl · ochrona-danych-osobowych.pl
Is there a soft opt-in for customers? The commentary is that contact details given for a contract are not consent to marketing: existing customers need consent too.ochrona-danych-osobowych.pl
What counts as consent?Consent can be given by making available an electronic address that identifies the subscriber, for the purpose of receiving commercial information at it.Art. 398(2)
Cold calls?Phone is inside the same rule: telephone marketing needs prior consent too.Art. 398(1) · rodo.pl
What happens on breach?Article 398(4) makes it an act of unfair competition; the GDPR layer is enforced separately by the data-protection authority.Art. 398(4)
Old consents?Consents collected lawfully under the previous rules stay valid.LEX · rodo.pl

What this means in practice. Cold email and cold calls to Polish companies are high-risk.

The lawful path is usually LinkedIn, content, events, webinars and paid media first, with email only once someone has opted in.

Ask any Polish agency to explain its lawful basis for the first email before you sign; Casbeg's own contact form, for example, asks separately for consent to marketing communication (Casbeg).

05/ language

Working with a Polish agency in English which ones really do

Poland ranks 15th of 123 countries and regions in the EF English Proficiency Index 2025, with a score of 600; Warsaw scores 591 in EF's city table (EF EPI 2025 report).

English is common in business, especially in technology.

The agencies that work English-first are the ones whose model is serving international clients: 6Minded (offices in Kraków, Warsaw and London), MAN Digital and Grow International.

The B2B specialists that serve Polish companies (B2B LAB and RODIN) lead in Polish.

MOKO has an English version of its site.

A quick test: open a case study and a service page in English.

If they fall back to Polish, delivery probably will too.

How to choose a B2B marketing agency in Poland five steps from abroad

The order matters.

Each step removes agencies that would have wasted a pitch meeting.

Write one brief and send it to everyone

Your ICP, the Poland segments you want first, the budget band, what you already run and what "good" looks like after six months.

Agencies quoting on the same brief can be compared; agencies quoting on a phone call cannot.

  • ✓ ICP and first segments
  • ✓ Budget band, not a number
  • ✓ What you run today
  • ✓ The measure of success

09/ what it costs

What a Polish B2B marketing agency costs what is actually published

One of the seven agencies on this page publishes prices on its own site.

The others quote after a call.

AgencyWhat they publishSource
MAN Digital (English page)RevOps as a Service from 1.950€/month, with a minimum 3-month contract; Custom HubSpot Implementation from 8.000€Pricing
MAN Digital (Polish page)Usługa RevOps from 2.800€/miesiąc, minimum three months; custom implementation from 8.000€. This is a different monthly figure from the English pageCennik
MAN Digital (implementation)Sales Hub 1500€ PRO / 3.000€ Enterprise; Marketing Hub 3000€ / 6.000€; Growth Suite 5500€ / 12.000€Implementation

When a firm's English and Polish pages disagree, ask which applies to you in writing.

11/ method

How this page was checked and what it leaves out

Each agency was re-read on its own website on 28 September 2026 (homepage and contact page).

Cities come from the agencies' own contact pages; RODIN's now gives Straszyn, near Gdańsk.

Nothing comes from Clutch, Sortlist, GoodFirms or any other directory.

What is deliberately absent: a ranking, a market price range (one agency publishes prices), and staff counts, founding years or registry numbers the agencies' current pages do not show.

The rule summary is drawn from the statute text and Polish legal commentary; it is not legal advice.

Select a Polish B2B marketing agency and define local delivery

Practical guide · 01

Local access and campaign delivery are different needs

Choose the Polish partner from the work you need done. Market-entry advice, local sales access and campaign production should not be assumed to come in one package.

US International Trade Administration: Poland market entry ↗
Source checked 10 October 2026

Your decision

Market understanding

Ask how the supplier validates your buyer segment and what information would change the entry plan.

Buyer access

Clarify introductions, distribution relationships and sales coverage. A marketing scope does not automatically include local representation.

Campaign operation

Specify the content, media, data and reporting responsibilities. Agree how local learning changes the central campaign.

Practical guide · 02

Write the cross-border handoff into the brief

A Polish delivery team and a UK sales team need shared account definitions. Put language and ownership decisions into the workflow before launching.

  1. 1

    Define

Agree segment, buyer roles and qualification in both teams. Avoid translating a vague brief into a second vague brief.

  2. 2

    Route

Assign an account owner and a follow-up language. Record which entity is contracting and delivering the product.

  3. 3

    Review

Compare suitable accounts and commercial progression, not just local traffic. Keep translation changes and sales objections in the same review.

Practical guide · 03

Worked example: a technical offer enters Poland

Fictional example: an engineering supplier has strong UK references but none from Polish customers. The entry campaign must acknowledge that evidence gap.

  1. Stage 101

    Validate

Interview suitable buyers about their current workflow and procurement requirements before scaling distribution.
  2. Stage 202

    Prepare

Adapt technical documentation and support arrangements. Explain which references are transferable and which local questions remain unanswered.
  3. Stage 303

    Test

Run a bounded account campaign, log objections and revise the offer before widening the target list.

Practical guide · 04

Decide who owns Polish-language accuracy

Language review needs a named operator.

Compare

Commercial

Review meaning and buyer relevance with local expertise.

Technical

Check product terminology with the product owner.

Practical guide · 05

Ask for a relevant Polish reference

A country label alone is not sector evidence.

Compare

Match

Compare buyer type, product complexity and delivery route.

Limits

Document where the reference differs from your entry plan.

Practical guide · 06

Align local research with central records

Market learning should not remain in a separate spreadsheet.

Compare

Collect

Record source, account fit and unresolved questions.

Use

Write approved findings into the shared account model.

Practical guide · 07

Compare the full delivery scope

A lower headline fee may omit work you still need.

Compare

Included

Clarify research, content, language review and operation.

Additional

Clarify media, tools, travel and specialist advice.

Practical guide · 08

Decide what needs local presence

Use location where it helps the buyer or delivery.

Compare

Local

Name the meetings or relationships requiring local support.

Remote

Keep repeatable production and reporting where it can be owned clearly.

Marketing agencies in Poland FAQ

What buyers ask before hiring a Polish marketing agency for B2B work, and about the 2024 rules on B2B email.

It depends on the job.

For HubSpot and RevOps, look at 6Minded, MAN Digital and Grow International; for Polish-language B2B campaigns, B2B LAB or RODIN; for industrial companies, MOKO.

Polish-language content, local media and events.

In the case of Poland's HubSpot partners, it also means CRM and RevOps implementation for international companies.

Not without prior consent.

Since 10 November 2024, Article 398 of the Electronic Communications Law requires prior consent for commercial information by email, SMS and phone (Art. 398), and commentators read it as covering companies too (rodo.pl).

Take local advice.

On the reading of Polish data-protection commentators, yes: it protects "subscribers and end users", including legal persons (ochrona-danych-osobowych.pl).

Telephone marketing falls under the same Article 398 consent rule as email (Art. 398).

Plan for consent before a sales call that markets.

MAN Digital publishes RevOps as a Service from 1.950€ a month on its English page and from 2.800€ a month on its Polish page, each with a three-month minimum.
